The ZRA UNION an affiliate of the ZCTU has today the 18th of February, 2026 signed an MOU with FSG aim at providing social security with a focus of supporting member even in difficult time when the lose their loved one through death. The facility will compliment the exist funeral policy that the employer provides for the nuclear family. The signed FSG facility will cover for the extended family members who the principal member shall add on the scheme. The signed MOU will allow the union leadership to support it’s members in difficult times. This is another labour standard pillar that supports workers beyond their active work life.
